Where do your products come from?
Everything we sell is sourced in Bangladesh from makers and farms we work with directly, and checked before it ships.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT).
How do I pay?
Pay by bank transfer, bKash or Nagad, then enter the transaction ID at checkout. We confirm your order as soon as the payment is verified.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track an order page with your order number and phone number, or sign in to see all your orders.
What is your refund policy?

Becoming a distributor
How do I become a distributor?
Buy a package QR code, scan it, and complete the signup form with your sponsor ID, placement ID and side. Your package activates instantly.
What is PV?
PV (point value) is the number of points a purchase carries. PV drives your team bonuses.
What are Team A and Team B?
Your network is built in two teams under you. Bonuses reward you when both teams grow.
Is income guaranteed?
No. Earnings depend on your own effort and your team. Read the income disclaimer before joining.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Request a withdrawal from your wallet. After verification (KYC) and admin approval, it is paid to your chosen account.
