Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
Change of mind
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Distributor packages
Package purchases made through a QR code activate your account immediately and are generally non-refundable once activated. Refunds, where granted, reverse the related bonuses.
