These terms govern your use of the Active World website, shop and distributor programme. By placing an order or registering, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). An order is confirmed once we have verified your payment. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable and will refund any verified payment.

Distributor accounts

A distributor account is created by redeeming a valid QR code. Each QR code can be used once. You are responsible for the accuracy of the sponsor and placement details you provide, and for keeping your login secure.

Bonuses and payments

Bonuses are calculated automatically according to the compensation plan in force when the qualifying purchase was paid. The company may update the plan for future purchases. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and approval.

Conduct

You must not make misleading income claims, misuse the system, or create accounts to manipulate bonuses. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
